The health log is a private diary of readings and events inside the Medical ID app.

What you can record

  • Blood pressure
  • Blood sugar
  • Temperature
  • Weight
  • Medication taken
  • Exercise
  • Symptoms
  • Anything else, as an Other entry

Each entry has a value, a unit, a date and time, and an optional note. Doses you mark taken from medication reminders are added automatically.

Add an entry

  1. Open the Profile tab and scroll to Recent health log.
  2. Tap View all to open the full health log.
  3. Tap Add entry, choose the type, enter the value and any note, then save.

The first time, the app asks for your consent to store health details. Tick the box and tap Agree and continue.

Use the Type and Time filters to find older entries.

Who can see it

  • By default, only you. The log is not shown on your public emergency page.
  • You can show your 10 most recent entries on your emergency page by switching on Health log entries under Settings, then Privacy. If you have a PIN, they show only after the PIN is entered.

Take it to your doctor

You can have your health log emailed to you as a PDF, handy before an appointment. See Export your data.
