Your data is yours. You can take a copy whenever you like.
Export your health log as a PDF
- Open the Profile tab, scroll to Recent health log and tap View all.
- If you only want part of the log, set the Type and Time filters first. The export matches the filters you see on screen.
- Tap Email me a PDF export.
- Check the email address, add a short reason, and tick the box to confirm.
- Tap Send PDF export. We build the PDF and email it to the address you gave.
The PDF is easy to print or forward to a doctor. Your past exports are listed under Past exports at the bottom of the health log, so you can see what you have requested before.
Export your access log as a PDF
The access log is the list of times your emergency page was opened. On the Profile tab, tap See who viewed your profile, then Email me a PDF export. The steps are the same as for the health log.
Request everything we hold
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Open Settings, then Data & account, then Request my data.
- Choose the request type. Choose access for a copy of everything, or portability for a copy you can take to another service.
- Write what you need in Details, at least 20 characters, and tap Submit request.
We email you a confirmation, and our data protection team replies within one month. You can follow progress under My data requests in the same place.
