Once you have the app

  1. Sign in with your email

    We send a code. No password, ever. New here? Create your account in the app or on this site.

  2. Build your emergency profile

    Contacts, allergies, conditions, medications and a PIN.

  3. Activate your Simplecard

    Scan the QR or tap the card in the app. Cards and bracelets are sold at simplecard.io.
